To celebrate Valentine’s Day, we asked our followers, “what would make you fall in love with a job?” Survey says jobseekers still value working from home above other benefits, but not by much. Perhaps that was a mistake, as I haven’t heard a peep, but I didn’t feel inspired to follow up. I usually follow up with a thank you but didn’t this time. I was asked a series of questions about my experience. There was nothing special about the interview. I drove over an hour, paid to park, met with two recruiters, and was told there was nothing for me at that time. That being said, I went in on this interview. I do understand if there's nothing that fits my experience, that I may not hear, but it’s always nice when someone is responsive, particularly when you’re job seeking.

I interviewed with them on a prior occasion and never heard back, this was after a few attempts to follow up. I was asked via LinkedIn to come and interview. I applied through other source. I interviewed at TorchLight Hire Interview TorchLight Hire seems to be an outstanding organization that anyone would be lucky to work for or with. Though I did not receive a job offer, I still highly recommend this company. The flexibility and work/life balance they offer employees is also impressive. It's obvious that they operate with a lot of integrity, which is very refreshing. Everyone I met was intelligent, friendly, thoughtful, warm and passionate about what they do.

Based on my experience and everything I learned during the approximately 6 week interview process, I can confidently say that TorchLight Hire seems like a fantastic place to work. I started with a phone interview with the CEO and then came in for three rounds of in-person interviews with 5 team members, including the CEO. From start to finish, I had an extremely positive experience and was impressed with everyone I met. I couldn't have asked for a more delightful, organized or smooth interview process. I applied online. I interviewed at TorchLight Hire (Arlington, VA) in Oct 2018 Interview
